BASIC FUNCTION
The Senior Equipment Engineer has the responsibility of overall management of maintenance of plant equipment, utilities, spare parts, calibration, installation and assisting equipment commissioning in China.

2. Must have a detailed working knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance system with TPM practice.

9.负责部门安全运作。
10.负责部门团队建设（岗位培训、绩效、遵章守纪、流动率）。
11.负责部门辖区的5S管理。
12.负责本部门的环保和员工职业健康管理。
13.负责本部门所使用的固定资产和办公设施的管理。

| 应聘能力要求: |
1、本科及以上学历，热处理专业、机械专业、材料专业毕业；
2、十年以上生产制造企业生产管理工作经验，三年以上外企制造业管理工作经验，五年以上热处理生产管理经验；
3、熟悉质量管理、工艺管理，熟悉热处理相关设备；
4、外向、踏实、敬业；
5、有较强的沟通协调能力和组织推动能力，具备压力下工作的能力；
6、团队合作精神和团队建设能力；
