Hayward Industries, Inc. is one of the world's largest global manufacturers of residential swimming pool equipment. Hayward’s corporate headquarters is located in Elizabeth, New Jersey USA, 5 km west of New York City. Hayward has been in business over 80 years and has manufacturing operations in USA, Canada and Europe.
In July 2006, Hayward established a WOFE, the Hayward Industries (Wuxi) Co., LTD, in Wuxi, China where a world-class facility manufacturing pumps, lights, skimmers, actuators, valves, main drains, and fittings was constructed. Located in the Export Processing Zone in the Wuxi New District, the products manufactured are exported to North America and Europe. The state-of-the-art facility is approximately 15,500 square meters and contains injection-molding and assembly processes. Employees are provided with a safe and temperature-controlled work environment that consists of amenities such as internet access, ping-pong room and basketball court.

负责支持模具维修工作，加工工装夹具和辅助设备的零件，维护机床使处于良好状态。
Assist with mold repair work, fabricate fixtures and secondary equipment, repair and or fabricate machine parts, maintain equipments in good condition.
2、主要职责: Duties and Responsibilities：
能够正确并安全的操作EDM, 铣床，车床，磨床，钻床等模房设备。
Must be able to safely set up and operate EDM, mills, lathes, grinders, drill press and etc.
能够正确使用所有测量器具如R规，卡尺，高度尺等。
Must be able to use all measuring equipment like R-gage, caliper, height caliper, etc.
能够正确阅读和理解图纸。
